DreamVision was established back in March 2006 by Ikuo Hiraishi and his friends in order to build newly designed an Education x I.T.(EdTech) startup. However, because of the result of the feasibility study and the influence of "Livedoor Shock", a big insider information accident related famous Japanese startup listed on TSE Mothers, we gave up the original idea and shifted to the startup focused recruiting agency business. But shut down the recruiting agency business at the end of 2008. After that, DreamVision had been utilized as an Angel Investment vehicle  of Ikuo Hiraishi until the end of June 2017.

Ikuo Hiraishi decided to restart DreamVision to accomplish his "unfinished business" with the newly designed VISION based on his 6 years experiences at SunBridge and SunBridge Global Ventures which he also co-founded.
